Emerson Residential Solutions is seeking ahigh-energy, competitive sales manager who has a passion for growing andexpanding our presence in retail stores and serving our current retailcustomers with best-in-class account management for an innovative and high-qualityline of products. In this role, you willuse your experience with home improvement and consumer electronics retailers todrive channel awareness, secure premium in-store merchandising space andarchitect compelling promotional opportunities to grow share in an exciting,growing category of connected products. Your devotion to meeting customer needs drives what you do. Your natural inclinationcauses you to act with a sense of purpose and urgency.
You will workclosely with marketing managers to implement your ideas around the mosteffective, efficient ways to generate awareness and gain share in retailstores. Your mission is to use yourknowledge of home improvement and consumer electronics retailers to leverageevery advantage a store environment can offer to our brand. Whether it be merchandising improvement,utility rebate programs, point-of-purchase signage, pro customer outreach,promotional events or a combination of several, you'll find every available wayto drive growth in retail stores.
This is across-functional role where a deep collaboration between the product, retail marketing,online sales, and operational teams will find solutions to grow share. You willwork alongside these teams to implement and execute measurable growthstrategies that result in making our products the choice of retail customersand consumers. You will constantly beseeking placement for our new products in other retail stores whereverconsumers go to find connected products for their home.
