Brand Marketing Specialist (2018-643) (R&D)
BRAND MARKETING SPECIALIST: Responsible for collaboratively working with the Papé Machinery divisions and departments to understand their current and long term business objectives and goals, for the purpose of developing and executing strategic marketing plans to help achieve their desired business results. This position requires understanding the importance, and having the abilities for turning qualitative and quantitative data into insightful marketing recommendations and develop those approved marketing recommendations into strategic campaigns, programs, and/or projects to achieve their specific business objectives. The Marketing Specialist will have direct interactions with the region and location management teams ensuring all marketing and promotions collateral accurately reflect the goals of the company. To accomplish this, she/he must be proficient with interpreting various internal and external databases utilizing strong analytical skills, in creating and providing professional presentations, reports, and other formats to consistently communicate program and/or project status to all involved. Additionally, managing the end to end process successfully requires diligently tracking all activities within the project management software, working closely with the entire marketing department and external partners and effectively communicating the desired outcomes and timelines.
Preferred candidate will be self-motivated and results driven, with above average computer skills and excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Advertising, marketing strategy, and digital communication experience ideal. Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university; or four to seven years related experience and/or training is preferred.
