Director, Claims Business Consulting & Analytics (Finance)
Residing within the company's Commercial & Government Markets (CGM) business unit, the Director is responsible for playing a strategic and leadership role in developing and articulating the evolving, business aligned data and analytics strategy to the key business stakeholders. This position works closely with senior management to identify high value operational claims management opportunities and champion data & analytics solutions as a central decision-making resource to increase company performance and gain competitive advantage.
This position will work with the CGM claims management organization and IT leaders to identify, prioritize, execute, and communicate the results of high value data analysis projects. This individual will play a highly visible role in promoting a data & analytics-driven culture across CGM, aligned with claims management business strategies. He or she will act as a consultant who will perform data analysis and partner with key claims management leaders and technology stakeholders to execute on their data strategies and identify new insights and opportunities.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
This leadership role reports to the Vice President, Data Reporting & Business Analytics. The position will closely interface on a cross-functional basis throughout CGM leadership to articulate and align the Business Analytics vision.
