Administrative Assistant (Finance)
Duties include:
The position will also support the financial administration of data center operations, helping to process and reconcile receipts and invoices and performing other duties as assigned by the DC Financial Administrator.
The position will answer phone calls, respond to external and internal requests, fax and photocopying, receive and distribute mail, supplies, and packages, as well as act as the contact person when necessary.
Other duties may be assigned as needed or required. Prior administrative experience in research in an academic setting is preferred, and prior experience with University purchasing systems is highly desirable.
Equivalent relevant work experience may be substituted for degree requirement. Knowledge and experience with MS Office application required.
