Executive Assistant (Investment Bank Chief Compliance Officer & Non-Financial Risk Management) () (Finance)

  • Provide timely and comprehensive Executive administrative support to the N2 head of multi global functions within our Chief Risk and Compliance Officer division.
  • Managing day-to-day matters including, but not limited to, complex global calendar management, meeting logistics, preparing and coordinating communications, travel arrangements, facilitating changes to daily events as necessary.
  • Build and maintain adequate records of all business operational data
  • Build and maintain relationships with BOD and EXB level executive administrative staff and direct reports
  • Take ownership of additional duties and other business-specific projects

  • 5 years of experience in the role of an Executive Assistant (supporting a senior executive) within an international environment, preferably within the financial/ banking sector
  • Exceptional organizational, strong communication, analytical, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Has the ability to identify, prioritize and manage agendas, employee communications, high-level presentations and documents for a fast paced, constantly evolving department.
  • Detailed and proactive nature - always thinking ahead!
  • Ability to practice discretion and integrity with sensitive information
  • Proficient with MS-Office, incl. editing of PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
