JoinElite Corporate Medical Services and provide care across our clinics in Visalia and Hanford, CA as a Provider Floater. In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to float between locations, each with its own schedule, patient volume, and operational hours. Some of our clinics are open on Saturdays, and patient load can vary, allowing for a balanced workweek that fits your lifestyle.

Primary Duties of an Elite Provider:
Use medical training, skills and clinical judgment to provide timely, responsive care to treat a multi-cultural patient population.Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions.Work independently, contacting offsite supervising physician as neededregarding patient care.Responsible for personalized treatment of patients, ensuring care is relevant for short and long term outcomes.Responsible for seeing all scheduled and walk-in patients each day (approximately 6 to 12 patients daily).Prescribe medications and treatments based on patient needs and in accordance with practice guidelines.Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques.Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records using eClinicalWorks.
