Scheduling AssistantWe are looking for a Scheduling Assistant to join our team at our SLC office! This is brand new position within our Scheduling Department.
Responsibilities
Modify/adjust Behavior Interventionists' (BIs) schedules when clients cancel
Communicate with supervising BCBA about schedule changes
Work with our BIs when they need to cancel due to illness and make sure those clients are rescheduled/ BI submits PTO in our payroll system
Run weekly reports to monitor call outs by BIs
Run daily unconverted appointments audit report
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Must have 1-3 years of medical office experience
Past work history with ABA therapy or ABA scheduling is helpful but not required
Must have excellent communication skills
Must have strong attention to detail
Computer literacy skills including G-Suite and Microsoft Office
