A Day in the Life
We are looking for a motivated Field Service Manager that will be m anages and directs the daily operations of the regional field service engineering team for the planned maintenance and service for various Medtronic products within customer environments. Recruits, develops, retains and manages staff of technical field service engineers accountable for meeting/exceeding financial objectives and customer service expectations for the region. Works with Regional Sales team to maintain customer relationships and addresses concerns as needed.
The location of this position can be either in Illinois (Chicago preferred) or Texas (Houston preferred).

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, electronics, biomed technology or engineering with five (5) years' experience with a technical product in a medical device or regulated industry or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience.
