Lead Manufacturing Technician (Finance)
As a Lead Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling and testing complex mechanical and electrical components. YOU MUST HAVE
- 4+ years of experience in electronic assembly
- Strong knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes and quality assurance standards.
- Strong organizational skills

- Assemble and test aerospace components and systems according to engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor team performance against these objectives and provide ongoing feedback and support.
- Develop and implement advanced manufacturing processes and procedures to meet production goals and quality standards.
- Serve as a liaison between the team and upper management, conveying team achievements and challenges
- Assess issues within the team and initiate improvements in processes or workflows.
- Make informed decisions quickly to address challenges faced by the team.
- Identify and address any resource gaps that could hinder performance.
