Develop creative approaches to identifying, attracting, and engaging high quality candidates; Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Create and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates for frequently hired roles
Proactively search and focus on hard-to-fill roles
Understand business needs to identify, develop, and execute recruiting strategy to hire and retain top talent

Source and screen all candidates for open positions
Follow established procedures to ensure candidate and productivity data is accurately captured through tour ATS
Prepare candidates for interviewing with specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, business strategy, organization, job descriptions, and expectation-setting
