Banquet Kitchen Supervisor (Food Services)



The Sheraton Greensboro is now looking for a Kitchen Supervisor/Sous Chef for our very busy Banquet Kitchen!

Will supervise kitchen staff and lead by example
Will ensure that all dishes are properly prepared and plated
Will assist in training of new kitchen staff
Will coach staff to prepare the highest quality dishes
Will cook and help on the line employing all various cooking techniques
Will work with inventory and food cost control ensuring that all product is available for each function
