Lead Claim Management Accuracy Consultant (Finance)
CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES
This position utilizes deep technical claim management expertise to assess the quality of claims management activity on LTD claims regularly. These assessments evaluate the effectiveness of communication, timeliness, utilization of resources and risk management. Results will be compiled at the case manager, team and department level. In this role, the Lead CMA Consultant will be responsible for sharing results with management at multiple levels, including analysis of root causes and recommended solutions. Support for claim assessments will be provided by other Technical Consultants within the LTD department. The Lead CMA Consultant will need to partner with these Technical Consultants to ensure assessments are well calibrated and aligned to the claim management philosophy of the organization. The Lead CMA Consultant may also assume responsibility for 1-2 direct reports. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
