Scheduling CoordinatorWe are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at our SLC office!
Essential Duties & Expectations:
Fill permanent scheduling needs based on consultant communication
Proficient in software systems, excel and google suite
Update client and staff availability in Central Reach. Maintain up to date records on the availability of staff and clients
Update client caseload spreadsheet with incoming schedule changes
Modify and update client schedules as necessary
Address concerns with filling schedules/communication directly with scheduling supervisor
Report cancellation and census data to the regional director on a weekly basis
Evaluate staffing needs per region
Communicate all schedule changes to consultants and the regional director
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Experience: 1-2 years of medical office experience
Prior experience in staffing, scheduling, and customer service (past work history with ABA scheduling is strongly preferred)
Must have excellent critical thinking, communication and interpersonal skills
This position requires the ability to multi-task and have a high attention to detail
Computer literacy skills including G-Suite and Microsoft Office
