Tetra Tech EMC is seeking an Intermediate Logistics Analyst for a full-time position at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of Life Cycle Logistics and be able to develop a Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) for the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) program. In addition this candidate will provide technical recommendations for modifications, plans, implementation strategies, identifying and executing re-certification, maintenance and storage needs or improvements and identify requirements and associated products for the effective application of logistics to ensure Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) mission success and sustainment throughout the acquisition life cycle. This includes supporting logistics management Performance Based Logistics (PBL) and Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements in accordance with (IAW) applicable MDA and Department of Defense (DOD) guidelines. This position supports geographically dispersed locations.
We are looking for an individual that is able develop enterprise and program (element-specific) policies, plans, processes, procedures; implement the guidance; and the interpretation of internal and external agency regulations, policies, directives, and other related documents.
Other Key Responsibilities:
Must possess a security clearance (Secret Level).
Bachelor degree plus a minimum of 5 years of experience. An AA/AS degree may be substituted for the BA/BS degree when combined with a total of 10 years logistics experience, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
Experience should include 5 years of lifecycle logistics, with at least 3 years of that experience as a primary or staff action officer, or a civilian manager or logistics analyst. DAWAI Level I in Logistics is a plus.
Applicant should be proficient in Microsoft Office: (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, i.e., the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form; with the ability to write reports.
