Sr. Talent Solutions Partner (Administrative)
We are on the hunt for a Sr. Talent Solutions Partner to join our Koch Industries Talent Acquisition team, which recently formed a capability model to support several of the Koch businesses. In the Sr. Talent Solution Partner role, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting for salaried manufacturing recruitment for several Koch facilities throughout the U.S. leveraging multi-channel sourcing techniques to identify talent. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business partners, across multiple Koch businesses, to fully understand staffing needs but also influence, coach, and consult with hiring managers to ensure we hire quality talent. The ideal individual will have a high sense of urgency, handle multiple competing priorities and able to develop lasting and meaningful relationships with customers. Lastly, you will be passionate about identifying the right talent that aligns with our company culture to help drive transformation in our respective businesses. They are much appreciated!
This position can be located anywhere in the US with a preference of Atlanta, GA or Wichita, KS

What You Will Need:
Basic Qualifications:At least 4 years of corporate recruiting, agency, or Human Resources Generalist experience
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ex. Taleo, Jobvite, Greenhouse)
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Willing and able to travel up to 10% of the time
Experience working with and influencing leaders
