Accounts Receivable Specialist (Finance)
Colson Group is currently looking for an Account Payables Specialist. The primary responsibilities for this position are:

Location: St. Joseph
Job Summary:
An Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for collecting payments for a company using skills in project management, organization and communications, to collect payments from clients and customers. Accounts Receivable Specialists track payments, make banking deposits and run reports documenting profits and losses for their organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed Communicate with previous clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system Create reports and balance sheets to document overall profits and losses Update client accounts to reflect payment and contact information Abides by all established organizational policies, rules, and regulations. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Excellent written and verbal skills Organization Good working knowledge of Excel Project management abilities Keen attention to detail
Experience:
3 years with collections, invoicing, accounts receivable, preferred
Education:
Bachelors or Associates degree in Accounting preferred High school diploma or equivalent required
