YOUR ROLE
Job Summary: The Senior Regional Engineering will lead and manage all functions and activities of Engineering across assigned plants or projects in the region. This position will partner with key plant and corporate stakeholders to implement and drive best practices in safety, engineering, maintenance, process engineering, reliability, environmental, and technology. Engineering responsibilities include the development, implementation, and administration of the plants' annual and long-term capital plans.
▪ Direct the development of capital projects in support of the Laundry network reconfiguration
▪ Manage capital projects >$20M USD
▪ Develop technical scope of work necessary to support business requirements
▪ Manage timeline and budget requirements to support projects
▪ Develop appropriation grade capital estimates and sponsor funding requests through the executive review and approval process
▪ Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred in technical area (Mechanical or Technology Engineering)
▪ 10 - 15 years of experience in roles with project management responsibilities within a manufacturing or supply chain organization, preferably in Consumer Products industry. Experience working in a manufacturing plant .
▪ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, high complexity and large projects simultaneously. Comprehensive working knowledge of project management, writing capital projects, and general engineering.
▪ Proficiency in Windows-based software applications (Word, Excel, Access) and ERP systems (previous SAP experience preferred).
