Key Responsibilities

Administration and enforcement of appropriate safety work rules

Needs to play an active role in developing and maintaining our safety program

Needs to actively support the company's vision and values

Needs to communicate well with other administrative staff

Play an active role in ensuring that only quality products are produced and shipped

Responsible to help ensure that financial goals are met

Quality assurance for all aspects of manufacture of product, including raw materials, workmanship and finished product

Assist in the development of future leaders

Provide ideas for continuous improvement and help implement those ideas

Aid in the implementation of modern production management tools

Manage all inventories (raw material, finished goods, and operating supplies)

Manage to departmental performance metrics.

Actively promote teamwork in the workplace at all levels of the organization
