Advisor Growth Analytics (R&D)
This position is responsible for building and delivering insightful analytics in support of sales, marketing, program management, and finance, plus assist with special projects in support of product-related analytics, new product development, or other duties as needed. The Advisor must manipulate and leverage large volumes of internal and external claims data, authorizations, and member data in order to deliver meaningful analytics. Work closely with clients on data requirements and file formats for data used in analytics. The Advisor will create compelling visual analytics presentations in Excel and Power Point for delivery to internal customers and external clients. Act as a team lead in many scenarios, often providing guidance to other analysts on deliverables and projects. Provide input on prioritization of analytic projects, contributing to discussions about need, effectiveness, and usefulness of results. Write advanced SAS code statements, models, and macros to build new analytic methodologies.
Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred, in mathematics, statistics, economics, operations research, quantitative psychology, computer science, data science, or related scientific/technical field. 6-9 years of experience in healthcare data analysis or satisfactory job performance in the following areas: experience building advanced modeling methods, including but not limited to data aggregation, time series analysis, forecasting and simulation, statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and outlier detection; thorough understanding of eviCore's business, customer base, programs, and value propositions; demonstrated high degree of business acumen, contributing to efforts to grow the organization and increase revenue; experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau; experience writing advanced SAS code statements, models, and macros.
