Inventory Control Team (Administrative)
We are seeking an Inventory Control Teamfor County Materials at Maxwell, IN.
Job Duties:
Monitors and maintains min/max stocking inventory levels, pre-receiving of orders as required, and investigates problemsRecords purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reportsResolves purchasing order entry ticket discrepancies.Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.Spot-checks loads that are being shipped out to ensure tickets match.Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers.May lead, guide, and train staff/student employees, interns, and/or volunteers performing related work; may participate in the recruitment of volunteers, as appropriate to the area of operation.Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.Establishes stocking levels on manufactured items.Communicate effectively with Team Members from other departments.
Work Environment:
Office working environment. 50%Outside working environment. 50%
Physical Requirements:
Sitting frequently.Carrying/Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds rarely.Standing / Walking / Climbing.
Experience & Qualifications:
1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.Basic computer skills.
