Sanitation Leadperson (Government)

Oversee the 3rd shift Sanitation Department to ensure employees are working safely following all safety procedures, SSOP's, quality procedures and all equipment and surrounding areas are clean and sanitary nightly. Position will monitor and control all chemical use within department to include safe usage, dispensing, and inventories. Responsible for ensuring that all SSOP's and required testing are being conducted as well as keeping all quality and food safety records /data up to date nightly.

Ideal candidate will have previous knowledge of Sanitation in an Operations setting, they will also possess strong leadership skills and have the ability to train, motivate and provide performance feedback to their crew.
