CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM LEAD
DAT Solutions is seeking a Customer Support Lead to join the Customer Support Team in Beaverton, Oregon.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Support Team Lead, working in a customer-facing organization, leads and directs a team of Customer Support agents who provide service and support to DAT Solutions customers. This is accomplished by providing leadership, coaching, mentoring and training Customer Support Reps. A Customer Support Team Lead is required to assist the Customer Support Management team by serving as an operational quality assurance checkpoint. This will ensure that all team members are productive and effective. Leads are responsible for the day – to – day operation of their direct team with cursory responsibilities for other teams within the Customer Support organization. This includes observing acceptable use of DAT Solutions systems and adherence to both the department's and DAT solutions recognized processes, policies and procedures.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM LEAD QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to work shifts between 4:00 am and 6:00 pm.
