Process Safety Analyst - Midstream Plant Operations (Manufacturing)
Job Summary
The Plants Process Safety Analyst will provide leadership for process safety in Midstream operations organization. This includes maintaining organization of all process safety information, training operations, maintenance and I&E personnel in process safety, ensuring equipment loaded in SAP meets mechanical Integrity and testing requirements and reporting. This position is in Anadarko's DJ Basin as a member of the Midstream Plant Operations Team in Ft. Lupton, CO.
Qualifications
Minimum 5years' experience working in or supporting a PSM program, preferred.
Position requires the demonstrated ability to understand and effectively communicate Anadarko's implementation of OSHA 1910.119 PSM requirements.
Demonstrated ability to arrange and maintain proper process safety information storage to facilitate access by required personnel
Demonstrated ability to understand and implement Anadarko's mechanical integrity requirements
Demonstrated ability to work with other teams in Anadarko Midstream and Production operations and communicate effectively
Demonstrated knowledge of construction project workflow processes.
Demonstrated ability to interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and Process Flow Diagrams
Demonstrated expertise in the use of Word and Excel are required
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction in the implementation of PSM for organizational team.
Arrange / provide PSM training for all operations team members.
Create and maintain appropriate storage of documents for successful implementation and maintenance of PSM elements and their programs.
Support PHA and Audit programs, track action items to completion as required.Support other assets in the same.
Assure proper completion of MOC's, PHA's, and other PSM tasks and documentation of same by operations, engineering and construction teams.
Assure proper creation and maintenance of operation procedures / tasks and mechanical integrity procedures / tasks to comply with PSM program.
Assure coordination of all MI inspections are completed as required by working directly with Maintenance, I&E and Operations.
Coordinate and direct contractors when required
Evaluate and take appropriate action based on regular report analysis
Continually self-educate and maintain familiarity with daily operations and hazards through HSE department and other operations within APC
Ensure job duties are carried out in a safe manner, with due regard for the environment and in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
Maintain effective communication with all other personnel, vendors and contractors to ensure individual job performance aligns with identified objectives/goals

Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Certifications/ Licenses
Valid driver's license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle is required.
Relocation
This position may be eligible for relocation.
Travel Requirements
The percentage of travel required for this position is 0 - 20%.
Work Schedule
This position is on a 5/40 schedule.
Candidate must live within 50-miles of Platteville, CO.
