Lead Facilities Technician - Tri-Lakes (Finance)
Must be 18 or older
High School diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in building maintenance preferred
Prior experience or understanding of cleaning agents; appropriate commercial and /or industrial cleaning techniques, carpet and hard-surface floor maintenance methods and commercial chemical applications preferred
Experience working in pool maintenance a plus.
KEY FOCUS AREAS:
You will perform general cleaning and upkeep of facility and ground maintenance.
You will be responsible for cleanliness in assigned areas to include, sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, washing windows, cleaning the refrigerator, cleaning bathrooms, plunging, sanitizing showers, emptying trash and recycling.
You will conduct daily routine maintenance of various equipment.
Stock supplies and review inventory daily.
You will assist with snow removal, setups and takedowns, moving furniture and equipment.
Assist with annual facility shut down with assigned responsibilities.
Assist with pool maintenance
Ensure security of facility at closing
You will need to operate small power equipment such as floor scrubbers, polishers, carpet shampooers, snow blowers, lawn equipment and have basic understanding of hand tools.
Responsible for cleaning locker rooms and showers
Have knowledge regarding re-lamping with Lock Out Tag Out safety procedures
Be able to assist in maintenance jobs requiring more than one person
Have the flexibility to work various shift assignments
Reports any building damage or mechanical deficiencies to Facilities Director
