Develop and execute on power marketing strategy for Community Solar/VNM
Participate with ongoing Originations business unit planning and budgeting
Identify new/emerging market opportunities and conduct market research
Provide pricing strategy and TAM analysis to inform new asset acquisitions
Provide general strategy support for Community Solar/VNM P&L
Product Development:
Translate program/regulatory requirements into Go-To-Market strategy
Develop collateral (e.g. offering memos, customer-facing presentation materials) that articulates the customer value proposition during early stage sales outreach
Coordinate with a cross-functional team to compose content on product offerings and market developments that influences or educates customers
Coordinate with Marketing to drive development of qualified leads for direct sales
Develop pricing structures in coordination with Business Development team
Securing Revenue Contracts:
Coordinate with internal direct sales resources to negotiate agreements as program expert
Identify, engage and develop network of external sales channels to drive, predominantly small customer agreements (Aggregators, Brokers and Consultants)
Evaluate and prioritize requests for bids, support bid preparation, prepare competitive analysis and manage participation in procurement processes
Review and approve pricing and proposal strategies to customers
Optimize off-taker subscription allocations across asset pipeline
Thought Leadership and Market Outreach:
Drive thought leadership by taking on leadership role or driving energy working groups, professional organizations and speaking at trade shows & conferences
Identify, support and participate in marketing events (e.g. webinars, ribbon cutting, conferences) designed to educate and build credibility with customers
Manage research of national industry trends impacting the future of community solar and virtual net metering development opportunities
