What You'll Do:
As an Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in managing and expanding client relationships while ensuring high-quality service and operational execution. This is a great opportunity for someone who's goal-oriented, client-focused, and looking to grow with a respected logistics leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve revenue, margin, and account growth targets by expanding existing business and acquiring new clients.
  • Lead and support daily operational activities; assist in training team members on best practices.
  • Vet and onboard reliable carriers to meet increasing volume and service standards.
  • Communicate proactively with clients throughout the shipment lifecycle.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities to deepen client engagement.
  • Ensure transportation capacity aligns with customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with your team to establish and refine SOPs for truckload operations.
  • Tackle complex logistics challenges with creative and timely solutions.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience in truckload account management or logistics sales.
  • A proven record of hitting sales and growth targets.
  • Strong relationship management skills and confidence in a client-facing role.
  • Entrepreneurial drive with a proactive, solutions-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Deep knowledge of truckload operations and transportation markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
