Scheduler - Access Center (Finance)
High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associates degree in human services or related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education preferred
Minimum one (1) year experience in healthcare, required, medical office experience preferred
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience helpful
Must Haves:
Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills
Basic medical terminology required
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to handle confidential information
Must be detail oriented
Able to communicate effectively with physicians, clinical staff and the clients
Ability to work in a busy medical call center environment
Must complete background checks as required by Aspire's policies which may include: Drug Test, Criminal History, Sex Offender Registry Search, State Central Registry Check, Employment Verification, Education Verification, and Professional References
