While traditional marketing communicates a brand's products and services in isolation, Experience Design provides an integrated approach that immerses audiences in a brand's larger vision. We're looking for an amazing Group Creative Director to lead our growing Experience Design team of creative thinkers, designers, technologists and subculture enthusiasts. This candidate comes loaded with kindness, leadership, motivation, experience, optimism, a well of creative ideas and is obsessed with emerging technology (both hardware and software). We're looking for a candidate that can build on our existing portfolio of prototypes, platforms and activations that strategically drive social engagement and conversation. The ideal candidate can jump in and lead a project from pitch to development to execution. You believe in designing interactive experiences that are rooted in strategy and make thoughtful use of technology. This role allows for tremendous growth, entrepreneurial spirit and collaboration across all disciplines and specialties within the Edelman global network.
Here's what you will be responsible for...
The Group Creative Director must have at least 10 years of relevant experience in creative, advertising or making magic. A non-traditional background is encouraged but don't forget to impress us with your strong understanding of experiential marketing, creative advertising and emerging technologies. We're looking for strong candidates who believe attention must be earned (from people, in traditional media, everywhere).
We have access to some of the biggest and best brands on the planet, from consumer, health and corporate to startup, non-profit and tech – we've got it all. We need you to help us expand our relationships, win new business, and open the eyes of our clients with exciting, innovative ideas.
