Direct to Consumer Marketing Manager (Finance)
You will translate business strategy into compelling copy, building the brand's community through brand voice, creative execution and co-development of strategy and tactics with the marketing team. You will write informative, brand-right descriptions and compelling marketing copy across channels and categories in various styles for diverse audiences, working in both print and digital. Ensuring consistency and adherence to brand copy standards and maintaining high standards for writing and proofreading will be a strong focus. You will effectively manage production workflow and be the lead for the Content Management System (CMS) responsible for content development and content loading.
As our Marketing Manager, you will need to build relationships within DTC and with marketing colleagues in other lines of business such as Group and Individual Markets, IT, Corporate Communications, with colleagues across Legal/Compliance, Privacy, Brand, Advertising, IT and Sales as well as with third-party vendors. Forging these relationships will make it easier to stay on top of online based communication requirements, the customer experience of DTC's online assets and the end-to-end evaluation of our marketing programs.
You are an outstanding copywriter with superior verbal and written communication abilities. You understand digital principles, have sound business acumen, excellent cross-functional collaboration techniques, and you are the advocate for an enhanced customer experience.
You demonstrate strong project management skills and an understanding of data and analytics to derive key insights and messaging that influence marketing campaigns. You will maintain Guardian's DTC content offerings competitive in the online environment and ensure compliance to the Guardian brand.
Reporting Relationships
Our Direct to Consumer Marketing Manager reports to the Direct to Consumer Partner Delivery & Digital Marketing Lead who reports to the Second Vice President, Direct to Consumer Programs & Distribution. Your Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related degree.
• Project management methodologies and certifications are a plus.
