AM Line Cook at the Heirloom Room Creekside Restaurant and Bar - Gatlinburg (Food Services)

Job Summary:
The position of Line Cook is responsible for assisting in the preparations of menu items and daily kitchen operations. This position is also expected to assist in maintaining the kitchen equipment while remaining aware of inventory levels and ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures.
