In this exciting role as an Principal Electrical Engineer you will have responsibility for designing, testing and documenting products for Interventional Lung Solutions within the Minimally Invasive Therapies Group.

SURGICAL INNOVATIONS sets the standard for Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) by creating innovative surgical products and services that focus on obesity and diseases and conditions of the gastrointestinal tract, lung, abdominal wall, pelvic region, and the head and neck. Interventional Lung Solutions focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of lung diseases.
A Day in the Life
Participates as a team member and as a core team representative.
Estimates project tasks and timelines.
Researches, develops, designs and tests electrical components, equipment and systems.
Develops electrical and electronic schematics with Altium electronic CAD software packages.
Applies knowledge of personal computer hardware, peripherals, operating systems and device drivers.
Leads risk assessment and failure analysis.
Assembles bills of materials, interfaces with key suppliers.
Participates in the development of product build procedures.
Debugs components and complex systems.
