Planner (Project Management)
Utilizing Job Cal, or equivalent software,
Manage the login of executed preventative and corrective maintenance on a daily basis.
Manage required preventative maintenance (frequency, materials and tools required).
Organize scheduled preventative maintenance procedures on a timely basis to allow for maintenance supervisor and plant manager to schedule work efforts in any required shutdowns, bypasses, regulatory authority notifications, etc.
Manage maintenance work proactively.
Consolidate required labor, materials, equipment & tools under specific work orders to maintain proper inventory.
Incorporate Inframark establish preventative maintenance schedule on equipment.
Ensure that all required preventative or corrective maintenance is captured and documented.
Meet daily with maintenance supervisor on tasks performed previous day by specific individuals. Adjust short and long-term schedule as required, and as prioritized by maintenance supervisor, plant managers and Inframark management team.
Provide periodic reports to Inframark management team as requested
Become familiar with company procedure of executing purchase orders.
Work with accounting department & Inframark management to obtain purchase authorization. Execute all required steps for proper purchase order and/or emergency procurement actions.
Track purchase orders from the point of issuance by accounting through receipt on-site including:
Shipment scheduling and coordination of any on-site labor and equipment (forklift) for receipt of shipment
Documentation of delivery, checking of delivery for any damage or shortfall in quantity or type of equipment, material, etc.
Transfer of confirmed shipping documentation to accounting department in accordance with proper billing procedures.
When purchasing equipment, work with maintenance supervisor, mechanics, plumbers, electricians to ensure that all required equipment for installation is acquired for said installation as practical to minimize disruption of work flow and off-site travel by maintenance personnel.
Inform proper management staff of deliveries upon arrival.
Incorporation of materials/equipment/etc. into preventative/corrective measure maintenance effort scheduling.
Required skills:
Good interpersonal skills.
On-site construction experience
Emaint or equivalent CMMS program proficiency
Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook (or equivalent)
Scheduling proficiency - either above referenced program if available within that software or Microsoft Project at a minimum.
Budgeting
ability to budget (roughly) annual budget requirements for preventative maintenance
budget tracking efforts in coordination with accounting.
Physical Demands:
Ability to conduct facility tours, walking, stair climbing, and light lifting
