Summary:
This position serves as a liaison between the business and IT to provide technical and business solutions that meet user needs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Creates logical and technical requirements for systems such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, the proprietary Property Management System and various other internally developed applications.
Develops requirements, constructs workflow charts, wire frames designs, and diagrams, studying system capabilities, writing specifications.
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and assists in managing projects, working with all aspects of a project life cycle (initiation, planning, execution, and closing phases of projects).
Maintains sign-off documentation and storage for projects as well as other SDLC methodology documentation.
Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, end user communication, recommending actions.
Provide daily/weekly/monthly status reporting to the leadership team.
Communicate via strong verbal and writing skills that build the business stakeholders and the project team's confidence.
Ensures Sarbanes Oxley compliance on all initiatives.
Other projects and duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
BS/BA required with emphasis in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Management Information System (MIS) or related field.
5 + years of experience in Information Technology serving in an IT Business Analyst role.
Must possess well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativity.
Previous exposure to CRM environments.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to assess and understand technical business needs.
Experience conducting end-user in-service and training.
Experienced in the Business Analysis Process, Process Improvement, Documentation, Diagrams, Data Flow, Process Flow, and all related documentation. Including: diagrams such as Business and Process Flow Diagrams, Data Model Diagrams (ability to read), “As Is” and “To Be” diagrams, wireframes, screen mockups, etc.
Must have demonstrated advanced knowledge and ability to work with MS Office suite of products including Outlook, Visio and Project.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize based on criticality.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Bilingual preferred; Spanish, Portuguese.
Mathematical Skills:
· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
PMI Professional Business Analysis, IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional, or related industry certification a plus.
