Intern - IT Desktop Technician (Project Management)
MAIN DUTIES
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming issues and queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware either in person or remotely.Assist in deployment and repair of computer hardware and software.Perform trouble-shooting activities to determine cause and resolution of computer hardware and software problems.Assess and take ownership of technical support tickets in the helpdesk ticketing system.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22C.F.R. 120.15 are required. US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee. License exception Technology and software under restriction (TSR) defined in 15 CFR 740.6 may permit person from Country Group B.
