Sales Coordinator (Sales)
Job Description Summary
The Sales Coordinator will assist the Catering Manager and Group Sales Managers with the day to day administration of Banquets and Room Requests. The ideal candidate will be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy administrative challenges. Duties will include (but are not limited to) organizing group accounts/contracts, creating group contracts to ensure all information has been entered properly into Delphi, ensure ALL daily, weekly and monthly reports are completed accurately and enter account and contact information into Delphi promptly and accurately. In addition, coordinate general office functions to include purchasing of office supplies, messages, answering phones, guest requests, assisting with site inspections when needed, plus other activities assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing.Job Description
