The ideal candidate understands the importance of database integrity in terms of both efficiency and security and will be actively engaged in the administration and maintenance of our compliance database environment. A broad understanding of federal and state employment regulations and forms is required. The Beacon administrator will be responsible for troubleshooting problems identified by internal customers and provide reporting to all levels of our business.
Responsibilities
Create and manage user profiles
Provide technical support to internal customers
Upload documents and meta data
Extract, transform, and load large data sets
Modify infrastructure to accommodate change as needed
Audit files for accuracy
Monitor usage and compliance
Develop ad hoc reports
Provide weekly and monthly KPIS
Suggest improvements to existing structure and data flow
Maintain organizational hierarchy relative to user permissions
Act as liaison between internal users and corporate executives
Assist with developing training materials

BA in computer science or similar
Working knowledge of database structure and theory
