Senior Editor (Creative Design)
Hearst Books is looking for a versatile and creative Senior Editor to shape and develop a slate of lifestyle trade books under Hearst's trusted brands. This role blends editorial expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit, bringing to life books that inspire, inform, and engage readers across a wide range of audiences.
You'll be part of an innovative and collaborative publishing team that extends Hearst's storytelling legacy into lifestyle books for adults and kids. From concept to publication, you'll champion projects that balance editorial craft, brand identity, and audience connection—helping every book resonate both creatively and commercially.
What You'll DoCompensation: The base salary for this role is between $74,000 - $89,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Location: This role is currently based in the NYC office at least 3 days a week. No remote option.
