The Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance Specialist ensures organization integrity through compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements and standards. The position supports the Quality Improvement Director/Compliance Officer with the design, development, implementation and measurement of the compliance program, identifying risks, assessing the design of processes, working cross-functionally with programs and conducting internal audits and promoting solutions and recommendations to management. Acts as a resource for training, policy and regulatory/accreditation interpretation.
