POSITION TITLE: Lead System Analyst

JOB SITE LOCATION: 40300 Traditions Drive, Northville, MI 48168
DUTIES: Cooper-Standard Automotive Inc. seeks a Lead System Analyst based out of our office at 40300 Traditions Drive, Northville Michigan 48168. This is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work both from home and from the aforementioned office address. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the aforementioned office address. This position does not require travel. Provide technical leadership for developing and maintaining the company's Seeburger application architecture and solutions. Lead day-to-day operations of the application technical team, including operational support, crisis management, change management and related activities. Provide input, support, and strategic planning to drive the application technical roadmap, including product upgrade and related projects. Provide regular project management, tracking and reporting to our leadership team. Performs root cause analysis on reported system errors, establishes appropriate corrections. Assists in triaging urgent incidents. Assist in day-to-day support issues in Seeburger as needed by the team. Works with some supervision from the Manager, IT. Communicates with managers and fellow staff to negotiate general approaches and program requirements in developing system specifications. Keeps the manager aware of current task status using standard internal reporting methods. Works closely with functional SAP analysts and other systems staff as part of a cross disciplinary team. Continually seeks self-education in Seeburger and related systems, and utilizes books, manuals, and resource aids to their fullest potential. Maintains technical expertise in area of responsibility and keeps current to corresponding technology. Develops and maintains relevant system and process documentation for existing and proposed processes.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related degree field and four (4) years experience as a Lead System Analyst or related IT position. Experience must include: Experience in EDI; Experience in Seeburger Integrator; Experience in Seeburger deployment architecture; Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure; Experience with communication protocols such as HTTPS, SFTP, FTP/S, AS2 or OFTP2; Experience in EDI Migration projects; Experience in Seeburger mapping with verities such X12, EDIFACT, VDA, SAP IDOCS, and XML; Experience with EDI Mapping for SAP Idoc; and Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4 Hana.
OTHER: No travel required for this position.
