Client Engagement and Implementation Specialist (Finance)
We require a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual who will be responsible for support of the Vertex Consulting (VC) services teams.
The Client Engagement Analyst will be responsible for scheduling VC's team of internal and external billable consulting staff (Internal, sub-contractors and Alliances) to help with the coordination and delivery of global billable projects and tasks. The Analyst will also manage incoming requests for assistance from clients, partners, and consulting team members and may also manage other resources to fulfill these services.
The Analyst will report to the Director of Field Consulting with a dotted line relationship to the Director of COE Consulting. Qualified applicants will have excellent communication and analytical skills to help triage incoming requests and coordination of resource allocation as needed. They will have excellent problem-solving skills and will work to identify issues that might reside with customer environment configuration, setups, or VC deliverable customizations. As part of this role, there will be interaction across Vertex's support, product and other services teams.
