Supporter Experience Center Intern (Project Management)
Summary
The focus of this internship is to work with the Director to identify industry wide best practices for the Supporter Experience Center as we look to broaden our knowledge of industry best practices in both customer service and technology. The SEC is embarking on significant upgrades to our current technology and ways of working to ensure donors have the best experience at a cost efficient and effective manner. This research will support the goals of the Supporter Experience Center in providing an amazing experience to callers in an effective and efficient manner. The individual in this role will gain experience in the following areas: analytical research, marketing and donor-experiential best practice, call center technologies, metrics, and presentation public speaking.
