Hanford Post Acute is seeking an experienced and compassionate Part-Time RN Supervisor to join our dedicated clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about leadership, resident care, and making a difference in a supportive skilled nursing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing staff and oversee daily clinical operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure quality care is provided in accordance with resident care plans and regulatory standards
- Support and mentor LVNs, CNAs, and other team members
- Respond to emergencies and manage clinical issues as they arise
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in audits, documentation reviews, and quality assurance processes
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and nursing policies
- Active California RN license in good standing (required)
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work part-time shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations
