Executive Account Manager (Administrative)



SERVPRO® of Boston- Executive Account Manager

Considered to be a leader in restoration services in the Massachusetts area, we are looking for an experienced and qualified Executive Account Manager to join a company that embodies teamwork and appreciates hard work. 

We are aggressively looking for a sales professional that has experience selling in the insurance agency, property management, and facility maintenance markets and previous janitorial connections are preferred.

Primary Role: 
  • As part of the SERVPRO team you will represent the image of quality and professionalism. 
  • Your main function as the executive account manager will be to increase business through sales networking and continued relationship building. 
  • The account manager will be focused on visiting centers of influence and increasing office revenue. 
  • The account manager will maintain existing accounts while developing new relationships for business opportunities. 
  • The position will require a demonstrated increase in volume for efforts. 
  • Monthly sales goals will be part of a benchmark and will be determined based on volume activity of the office. 
  • Generation of new business will be strongly emphasized. 
  • The new account manager will be part of a sales team that embraces growth and enforces positive thought.

Compensation : 
  • Compensation is salary based with commission incentives. Salary will be determined based on previous job experience and applicable marketing skills. Position includes the use of a take home company vehicle, cellphone, iPad, and dedicated training to better your skills.

  • Desire to work in an environment that changes daily and enjoys a fast pace
  • Excellent communication skills and an understanding of thorough documentation
  • A “go getter” approach that maximizes opportunity
  • Comfortable socializing in business/casual environments, someone who is often referred to as a “people-person”
  • Comfortable with technology and the use of Microsoft Outlook, Google Suite
  • Ability to conduct/participate in after-hours events including dinners, tradeshows, entertainment, etc.
  • Ability to think outside of the box to get attention and develop new clients 

Required:
  • Sales: 5+ years
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
