Project Manager (Finance)
We are seeking an experienced Transformation & Change Manager, to join the Enterprise Project Management team located in Tampa or NYC.
This Change Manager will drive the adoption of one or more corporate programs, typically consisting of multiple projects or sub-projects. They will participate in all aspects of corporate programs, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and performance. Interested parties should have a strong background in change management, organizational design, and HR experience in consulting or industry, along with solid communication and interpersonal skills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Experience in managing multiple large, high-profile technology adoption projects concurrently.
2. Take initiative and provides leadership in solving problems, improving processes, and providing a better experience for the business.
3. Drive change management, overall project control, and team/stakeholder participation by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches
4. Confirm that activities are in compliance with organizational policies and external regulations.
5. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects.
6. Evaluates program effectiveness by collecting and analyzing data in support of key performance metrics.
7. Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress. Show effective decision-making and prioritization, as well as show leadership and oversight for issue resolution.
8. Timely escalation and resolution of issues.
9. Cross-collaborate with HRIS, IT, HR, L&D, Payroll, Benefits and business leaders to drive alignment on the project plan and timely completion of all tasks.
10. Responsible for end-to-end management of projects. That is, managing projects through concept, requirements, project planning, development, execution, monitoring, and closure.
11. Supervises the work of program or project staff to ensure that work is completed on time or in accordance with established standards or specifications.
12. Share lessons learned and best practices across programs, building relationships with stakeholders, and broker relationships at all levels.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of direct experience as an HRIS / IT Change Manager, with experience in a professional services firm preferred.
2. Change management certification preferred e.g. PROSCI
3. Excellent organizational, communication, collaborative and interpersonal skills to foster respect and teamwork with internal and external partners (high E.Q.)
4. Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously with close attention to detail and prioritization to meet deadlines.
5. High professional and ethical standards for handling confidential information.
6. Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
7. Diligent with attention to detail.
