Lupin U.S. is comprised of a fast growing, innovative and robust team of manufacturing, Research and Development and Commercial divisions. Somerset, New Jersey is home to one of eighteen commercial manufacturing sites globally and the only commercial manufacturing facility in the United States for Lupin. Somerset, New Jersey is also the location for Lupin's U.S. Sales Operations and Marketing divisions, as well as internal Product Development teams. Lupin has a significant generic pipeline and a growing Specialty Brand presence in the U.S. Our Inhalation Research and Development facility is located in Coral Springs, Florida focusing on generic and branded orally inhaled and nasal drug products. Key shared service functions are found at our harbor side location in Baltimore, Maryland. Adding to Lupin's U.S. footprint is a robust team of Clinical Operations experts in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania and a high performing Specialty salesforce located across the country. Responsibilities

The Recruiter is based out of the Somerset, New Jersey site and reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager. The Recruiter is expected to handle full life-cycle recruitment for a variety of business functions including job postings, in-depth sourcing, phone interviews, submittals, and offer extension.  Ownership of Lupin's U.S. Internship Program will also be part of this role. The Recruiter will be expected to have knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, the ability to handle competing priorities, a solid understanding of the “internal customer” concept, as well as superior organization, writing skills, and follow-up capabilities.  The scope of requisitions will include but are not limited to Science, Finance, Manufacturing, Sales, Administrative, Legal, and Engineering.

  • Manage job postings for Lupin U.S. in the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including the creation of job templates, ensuring all job posts are consistent format and free from errors, maintaining posting dates, etc.
  • Sourcing qualified candidates from applications as well as via passive candidate outreach
  • Initial phone screening and vetting
  • Interview scheduling
  • Ownership of Lupin's U.S. Internship Program, including recruitment of interns for various departments and U.S. Lupin Sites; posting, sourcing, phone screening, interview scheduling, offer extension
  • Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners in other locations to identify Key Success Factors for open positions and find creative solutions when there are challenges finding quality candidates
  • Responsible for keeping focus on highest priority requisitions, asking for clarity on which roles take precedence
  • Manages workforce demands and develops networks to ensure constant flow of qualified candidates using various tools such as social media, career fairs, agencies and recruiting contractors
  • Assist with any recruitment metrics reports as needed
  • Research/recommend ways to obtain additional job exposure
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency of Talent Acquisition processes
  • Other Talent Acquisition projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years' experience in recruitment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare field
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred)
  • Overall technical savviness
  • Positive attitude, good verbal and written communication skills
  • Assertive, not afraid to ask questions when things are not clear, high energy
  • Ability to work efficiently
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, plan and execute multiple short and long-term projects while meeting all deadlines
  • Sales experience preferred

Physical Environment

Generally work is performed in an office environment and may require sitting at a desk for long periods of time.
