Primary Function: You are responsible for the oversight and management of the digital marketing execution for key Affinity clients at Cartus, subsidiary of Realogy Holdings Corp. Realogy Holdings Corp. You will join the Global Marketing team at Cartus and you will be responsible for managing the implementation of paid search campaigns and maximizing our SEO/SEM approach and execution. You will work directly with our advertising/media agency to develop creative and will be responsible for the execution of all paid media campaigns across all digital channels (paid search + display and paid social). This includes liaising with the Realogy brand team to ensure we are synergized and develop an approach for all branded marketing efforts. You will be responsible to report campaign performance and provide weekly/monthly reports to ensure efficient and effective spend.
Major Duties and Responsibilities: The Manager of Digital Marketing - Affinity will:
Manage the digital marketing for key affinity partnerships including initial planning, creative briefing, implementation, execution, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting
Leverage performance-based media channels by building and executing digital media campaigns that include paid search, paid social, display, video ads, and emerging new media to drive leads and conversions
Leverage opportunities that are unique to our industry including development of a social media influencer strategy that aligns with key objectives of our partner programs
Manage post-campaign reporting and help identify key learnings in working with emerging platforms & technologies
Liaise with the Realogy brands to ensure that we are driving value for our programs and not cannibalizing branded marketing efforts
Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports and dashboards, and recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies
Maintain an understanding of real estate industry trends and provide relevant insights to key clients on how to better manage media purchases
Track and analyze all key metrics and KPI for all campaigns, social media, SEO & SEM success
Collaborate & manage agencies and other vendor partners as necessary
Deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies and marketing/campaign development
Experience with optimization of paid media campaigns to manage conversion and lead generation goals
Extensive knowledge of paid search platforms and optimization tactics on Google AdWords
Extensive knowledge of paid social platforms and optimization tactics on Facebook Business Manager
Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics
Analytical and metrics-focused with experience creating reports and recommendations based on account performance
Strong project management skills
Experience with lead generation in Real Estate marketplace is a plus
Education / Experience Requirement:
5+ years experience as a digital marketer with brand, marketing and paid search/paid media experience
Bachelor's degree and/ or equivalent work experience
Hands on experience in managing monthly campaign budgets $100k+
Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Google Adwords (Fundamentals & Advanced) Certifications, additional certifications a plus.
Experience working in Google Analytics
Proven experience in building innovative, proactive, high-impact digital channels; utilizing all relevant channels, and aligning strategies with business goals in order to drive revenue and customer engagement.
