Job Title: Business Service Representative – Intermediate

Working in our US Information Solutions team, your main responsibilities as a Business Service Representative- Intermediate will be to handle inbound/outbound calls and emails for our business customers.

About the Job

We will give you the opportunity to drive innovation and automation across the enterprise. This will include tool and process integrations across all business units within Equifax globally.

What would your responsibilities be?

  • You will act as a key point of contact for business customers, communicating customer concerns to the management team.
  • You will handle and track a large volume of customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • You will deliver on established quality targets, providing first-class customer service
  • You will capitalize on Cross Selling opportunities, helping to sell products to our existing customers.
  • You will be adaptable and willing to handle any additional assignments as needed for the team

What would make you a good fit for this role?

Job Requirements

  • You demonstrate excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
  • You are skilled with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook and Excel)
  • You are a detail orientated individual and an authority in multi-tasking

Preferred qualifications

  • You have obtained a 2-year Associates Degree or equivalent experience
  • You have 3-5 Years' experience in a client facing support position
