Job Summary
The Legal Associate Lead serves as a subject matter expert for the Plaintiff Fact Sheet (PFS) team, supporting the Supervisor and Manager in ensuring the overall health of all projects assigned. In this capacity, the Legal Associate Lead will independently lead the assigned projects to include training, weekly huddles, reporting, management of escalations and tracking quality and production metrics to ensure the team members are meeting the established SLAs. The Legal Associate Lead will also assist with development of SOPs, training materials, perform quality reviews and manage case load assignments. Candidates for this role will have met the criteria for the Legal Associate Senior position.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Independently lead PFS projects as assigned
Assist with research, development of training materials and outlining project workflow needs
Evaluate and maintain quality standards for assigned projects and provide ongoing training as needed
Proactively track production metrics for assigned projects and implement solutions as needed
Schedule and facilitate weekly huddles with team members assigned to projects to discuss the health of projects
Serve as a point of escalation and subject matter expert to resolve related questions/issues and address gaps
