Purpose and Scope:
This role is responsible to work across the Supply Chain with the purpose of leading and driving high impact improvement projects for the benefit of company revenues. This position will encompass all facilities and processes within Supply Chain, and will be expected to coordinate the design, implementation and track execution of projects. These projects will range from equipment upgrades and installation, high-value continuous improvement efforts including process and departmental restructure, process and departmental restructure and facility assessment and potential closures.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related with at least 12 years of project management experience or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Engineering or related with at least 10 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
