The Training Specialist is responsible for design, development and implementation of training programs for new and existing associates.... The Training Specialist will also be responsible for supporting the training needs for organizational initiatives with the QA & Training Department.... With the support and direction of the QA & Training Department, the Training Specialist will also be responsible for creating the department specific documentation of policies and procedures and then creating and implementing departmental training plans to support their implementation and adherence....
